EXTERNAL RESEARCH LINKS
Links connect to external research sites. GSSB does not endorse any specific site. It is a collection offered to provide potentially new research opportunities and clues to family historians. Because of diverse collections, there is substantial overlap between categories, such as BMD records held in historical society records, or indexes which also hold immigration information. Each category should be explored for potential records, educational opportunities, and clues to other research avenues. (email your suggestions for non-commercial research links: (contact@gssb.net).

AAA State of Play offers educational information for kids who want to learn more about family history research. Although a commercial site for playground equipment, it offers excellent "how-to" guides for kids (and adults as well) to help build their family tree. LINK CREDIT: Special thanks to Payton Palmer for recommending this research link. Payton is from Pennsylvania and is working on her family history with her mother, Sarah, as part of a project by her Girl Scout Troop.
